Lora Rinks
Founder/CEO
I was the primary caregiver for both of my parents and a grandmother in the final phases of their life, and, although it was difficult, I don't regret the sacrifices I made to be there for them. I don't have any medical certifications, but I have years of experience caring for those with cancer, Parkinson's Disease, and limited mobility.
After losing my mom in 2022, I reluctantly returned to my career in hospitality. I needed something that felt relevant, where I could make a difference in the lives of others. I didn't find it in my role so I resigned from my position within a year.
In the meantime, I took on bookkeeping jobs and went to work at an accounting office part-time. I also drove for Uber and Lyft in my spare time. That is where I recognized the lack of support in our community; seniors who are struggling to maintain their independence, single parents trying to provide for their children, grandparents raising their grandchildren, elderly individuals who have lost their spouse and are trying to navigate their own care path.
This is not a career path I have chosen - this is my passion and what I have been called to do.
I am a peaceful, solutions-focused individual with a positive attitude and a heart of service. I am adaptable to most personalities and understand the phases of grief and end-of-life care.
